The Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Posters should be set up by 1st December or before 9:00 AM on 2nd December, and will be dismantled by 11:00 AM on 4th December.
A continuous poster presentation will be held in Room CD302 & 303 over two days, with the following viewing times:
2nd December: 13:00–14:00 and 17:20–18:30
3rd December: 08:00–09:00, 13:00–14:00, and 17:15–18:30
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
a. Preparation of Posters
- Posters to be presented should be prepared in an “A0 portrait” (width = 841 mm x height= 1189 mm) format with 25 mm margins around.
- Authors can choose their design for the poster.
- Participants should prepare and bring along a hard copy of own poster for presentation to Hong Kong. The conference committee will NOT be responsible for printing the poster.
b. Setting Up of Posters
- Posters can be set up from 2nd December at 11:30 am onwards in CD303 Room.
- All the necessary stationery will be provided for setting up the poster at the venue.
- All posters should be dismantled by 11:30 am on 4th December. The organizer has no responsibility for any damage or disposal of the posters that left after the dismantling deadline.
c. Poster Presentation and Viewing Sessions
- Poster presentation will take place on the first two days of the conference.
- Special Poster viewing sessions are dedicated as follows:
o 2nd Dec: 13:00-14:00 & 17:25-18:30
o 3rd Dec: 08:00-09:00, 13:00-14:00 & 17:20-18:30
- A panel of judges will review the posters followed by a Q &A session for poster presenters.
- Participants are invited to view posters and exchange views and ideas with the authors who are suggested to be available in front of their posters during the judging and poster viewing sessions.
